Exchanges can only be processed within 30 days of purchase, and must have a receipt on-hand. Opened or used items cannot be exchanged.
In cases of missing or damaged components in new games or sealed trading card game products, please reach out to the publisher or manufacturer first: most are willing to ship replacement components free of charge.
