Spring is finally here in Lexington! With it come some important changes, including updated prizes for our Magic: The Gathering and Lorcana Leaderboard. Our video gaming section, Pixel Paradise, will also be closing and readjusting, (a bittersweet thing, to be sure) but stay tuned for more events in that space this summer. Plus, we’ll be keeping a lot of the hardware and consoles, just with a different business model, so it’s more “sweet” than “bitter!”
Pokemon continues to be hugely popular across the store, with big upcoming tournaments to wrap up the competitive season in April and May, and the newest set, Perfect Order, has released to great aplomb. Plus, with GCG Set “GD04: Phantom Aria” coming out at the end of the month, we’ve got THREE WEEKS of Saturday tournaments in a row, including a very exciting Newtype Challenge event, which already is onto a waitlist! Be sure to swing by for Strixhaven fun with our first 3-day prerelease weekend for Secrets of Strixhaven, and come weekly for SOS booster drafts after that!
